The basis of your booking with Crackingday Limited.

Who can play

UCAP Airsoft is strictly for people aged 18 and above, and photographic ID may be requested. Children may attend only when with a parent or guardian.

By booking you agree to abide by the site rules and the directions of the staff and marshals.

Kit you must bring

Refunds will not be offered if you fail to bring the correct kit. Boots giving ankle support are required: no boots, no shoots.

Realistic Imitation Firearms only, nothing purchased outside the specific defence granted by the Home Office under the 2007 Violent Crime Reduction Act. Magazine rules apply, including capacity, type and adapters.

Ticket delivery and use

When you purchase your ticket you'll be sent a confirmation email containing your QR ticket. Keep this email, printed or electronic, and present it for scanning on arrival. Admission will not be granted without a valid QR ticket.

Please complete your waiver via the link in your booking confirmation email.

Your commitment

When you confirm your purchase you accept that these terms and conditions form the basis of the contract between you and Crackingday Limited.

Prices and medical

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Access may be denied if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We welcome guests of all abilities, but some areas are not suitable for wheelchair users, so please ask before booking as refunds cannot be made. If you have a heart condition, asthma, or are pregnant, UCAP Airsoft may not be for you, but this is at your discretion.

Cancellations and alterations

Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be amended, and your ticket is only valid for the date booked. If you're unsure whether you can attend, you can buy tickets, subject to availability, right up until gates closing.

Tickets are strictly non-refundable and refunds will not be issued for no-shows. If you can't attend, you may sell or gift your ticket to another player.
